It has been over 90 for more than 3 weeks. With the heat, I am not motivated to walk after work...SO, I've started getting up at 530 and walking my miles in the morning...before work! Thanks to Becky and her BRILLIANT idea to get up early! It's only 70-75 degrees when I start to walk!
Today is saturday and I was awake at 647am and walked my first 6 miler from the house to Einstien's! I'm getting ready to walk the Peachtree Road Race on the 4th. I have to be honest...I was glad there was a stop at 3 miles and that the wlak home was mostly down hill!
I did the whole walk without music and no one to talk to...boring!
I was home by 930.

My Training Buddies!
I found my Sweet Kristy at Jackson's basebell game. It was one of the last games of last year's fall ball and she was wearing a 3Day sweatshirt. We were fast friends, she's a smart a$$ to match my smart a$$!
I've known my sweet Becky since PartyLite! Jackson will date Kylie in the future! I was at work one day and Becky called me on the phone and told me she signed up, I was so proud of her that I couldn't let her down by not signing up and walking with her!
